Mr. Dawei Zhang, the vise president of overall planning bureau in department of transportation said in Apr, 2016, they will focus on strengthening the following points: 1.accelerate in road construction 2.expand investment. They will formulate and publish 13th five-year plan modern transportation plan, starting key projects first, promote high-speed roads, ordinary country highways, county roads ect, ensuring to fulfill the road investment target of 165 million.

Right before the Chinese National Holiday, the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) finally reached a framework for the successful conclusion of the freeze oil output. Crude oil price is smoothly moving into the uplink channel. Earlier this week, Russian President Vladimir Putin said the country was willing to consider freezing oil production in conjunction with OPEC. The international oil prices rose again strongly at that day, and hit the highest level in more than 1 year. However, analysts said that even if the frozen production agreement reached, the implementation of efforts is still a key risk. It is still uncertain whether all parties can carry it out in full accordance with the agreement. Is the crude oil price recovery just a flash in pan?
